Loan services available through Sure Peso are provided by ESQUIRE FINANCING INC., a financing company registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in the Philippines.
By downloading, registering for, accessing, or using Sure Peso, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Loan Agreement, and any other notices, policies, disclosures, or documents made available through the app.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.
Sure Peso is a digital platform that allows eligible users to submit loan applications, receive loan-related information, manage account details, view repayment information, and access related customer service functions through a mobile device.
MYLOAD TECHNOLOGY CORP. operates the Sure Peso app as the technology platform operator. Its role includes app operation, technical maintenance, customer support channels, service assistance, and user-facing digital platform support.
Loan evaluation, loan approval, loan disbursement, repayment terms, and lending-related compliance are handled by the licensed loan provider.

MYLOAD TECHNOLOGY CORP. provides technology platform operation, app maintenance, customer support channels, and digital service support under authorization.

All loan approvals remain subject to the review and final decision of the loan provider.
If your application is approved, the approved amount, loan term, annual rate, total repayment amount, repayment schedule, and other relevant loan details will be displayed to you before acceptance.
You are responsible for reviewing all loan terms carefully before agreeing to any loan. You should only proceed if you fully understand and accept the terms displayed in the app.

You may use the app only for personal, lawful, and non-commercial purposes connected with the Services.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, decompile, interfere with, or exploit any part of the app or Services except as permitted by law or with prior written authorization.
To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
